BJJ Area, Thai Boxing Area, X – FIT, Cage, Ring, Supplement shop and pro shop on site. With over 10 Classes a night there is always something to do.

The classes on offer are BJJ, Thai Kickboxing, Kids classes, Karate, Krav Maga, X-Fit, Yoga and Boot camp
