I started training Brazilian Jiu-jitsu at the age of 30 back home in Brazil.
Although considered a late age for a martial art start, dedication and commitment made me achieve what many thought would be impossible: the brown belt.
Now, living in Australia for 10 years I have finally got the place to be part of this wonderful Roots family.
